Our Mission & Purpose
At Hart Communities Foundation, our mission is to transform access to quality, safe, and sanitary housing by building strategic partnerships with landlords, property managers, developers, housing authorities, and community-based programs.
Through these collaborative relationships, we streamline tenancy approvals, voucher processing, and housing placement, creating efficient and transparent pathways that benefit both housing providers and Housing Choice Voucher participants.
As we support community redevelopment efforts, we work alongside public and private partners to strengthen neighborhoods, expand housing opportunities, and improve outcomes for underserved families. In partnership with Hart Services, we connect residents to comprehensive wraparound services—including financial literacy, workforce development, life skills, and homeownership preparation—to foster long-term self-sufficiency, economic mobility, and generational stability.
